So, what do I actually do? Well, first and foremost, I help you and your family make informed decisions when it comes to your real estate assets. I will work with your attorney to help navigate the probate court system, making sure we don’t miss any important deadlines as it pertains to the real estate asset. If keeping the home is the best decision for you and your family, I will offer guidance and connect you with excellent lenders and real estate attorneys to assist with the process. These services are provided at no charge. If you must sell or desire to sell, I will work with your attorney to ensure all real estate-related items are handled correctly and in a timely manner with regard to court dates. I will then provide you with the current market value of your home, assist with any liens on the property, prepare all listing paperwork, market the home, and find you a buyer for top dollar. All of these services are provided for a regular listing fee of 6%.

After seeing my Mom struggle when my Dad passed 2 years ago, I felt compelled to help those going through it because it’s not easy and it’s such an emotional time in your life you just don’t have the strength or knowledge to do it yourself!!
