RCS-D

I felt compelled to obtain my designation in RCS-D to help others. I personally know how painful, confusing, stressful and emotional a divorce can be.
Introducing RCS-D, the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce! It’s a Realtor designation that goes beyond the standard training, offering additional consumer protection for divorcing homeowners. Unlike typical Real Estate License Training, very few Realtors have specific training in the area of Divorce. The primary goal is to empower homeowners going through a Divorce with all the necessary information to make informed choices, while also streamlining communication with the rest of the team of professionals (Family Law Attorney, Financial Planner, Mortgage, etc.).
An RCS-D Realtor’s focus lies in educating divorcing homeowners about the property division process during a Divorce, helping them safeguard their credit and asset value. Various crucial items need to be addressed through the property division process, such as protecting credit, resolving outstanding projects before listing, and assisting in deciding if one spouse will retain the house and buy out the other spouse.
There are numerous pitfalls that homeowners may encounter due to gaps in the Divorce process. These pitfalls can lead to financial losses in property division equity and cause delays, resulting in higher legal and professional fees. The key to mitigating stress and streamlining the process is efficiency and collaboration.
Divorce is undoubtedly a stressful experience, having gone through it myself, but having a supportive team working together can make a significant difference. By coordinating efforts and expertise, I aim to make the process smoother and less burdensome for divorcing couples. If you’re going through a Divorce and need assistance, consider the support of an RCS-D Realtor. Your future deserves the best possible outcome.
