What is Toyota doing?

Toyota says it still remains committed to developing Internal Combustion Engine’s and it has developed a new thermally efficient one that is able to run on gasoline, biodiesel, hydrogen, and synthetic fuel.  This new development is largely due to it’s involvement in racing with a hydrogen-powered GR Corolla race care.
They have even been accused of being anti-EV but yet promising a solid-state battery and introducing its own EVs yet, Toyota seems to be following multiple options to reducing emissions.  Toyota has a goal of carbon neutrality that involves battery electric vehicles as well as plug-in hybrids, conventional hybrids, and internal combustion engine cars. Along with still being committed to more development in hydrogen technologies.
